Orders duplicated. Cancelled order within 8 minutes and no help. Talking to A I is no help. Just stalling. No help.
Placed order. Tried to change future schedule, gave me a second order.
Tried to cancel second order. No. Got robot and tried to cancel, its too late. Within minutes.
Later received email that payment was not accepted. Tried to change payment and it went to adding another order at higher price. Finally found phone number.
Gave all info. No answer.

My issue was solved. Black Rifle Coffee was professional and immediately fix my issue.
They even sent me an extra bag of whole bean coffee. I did not ask or demand the extra just wanted to resolve the issue. They resolve the issue quickly and professionally.
I love their coffee and will continue my monthly subscription. Thank you BRCC.

Wrong coffee was sent
You sent the wrong coffee. I did not want vanilla bomb.
I just wanted the vanilla.please send the right coffee. Plus they don't answer thier calls.

Ordering items that were showing in stock when I ordered and then all of a sudden they're out of stock they no longer exist having to wait to get something different something else talking to people at customer service that really just didn't give a dang until the last young lady that I talked to who was absolutely wonderful she rectified the situation for me she went above and beyond and I thank her for that.

Have not received coffee for this month

I wanted to resume my 60 day supply of coffee that I’ve had since I’ve joined your Coffee club however I was hacked and the credit card I had they said tear it up throw it away and when you guys sent the bill, it didn’t pay you guys because of the Old credit card all I wanted to do was give you guys my new credit card number so I can get coffee. I’m almost out.
Please have someone call me so I can give them my new credit card. Apparently I can’t reach anybody on my phone don’t know why.
I dont understand whats going on? It was a different site the gal from the other one said to go to the top right hand corner and press on the person icon I couldnt find it so if you could help me restore my coffee club membership I would appreciate it.

BRC-2811**** is not completed. I am still missing my delivery on the Spirit of '76 coffee of the three total that I ordered.
The other two received were Gunship and K-Cup bourbon coffee. I would appreciate a call back or, at minimum, an email back as to the status of my purchased and still missing item.
